Pets for Re-homing

Riley – Rehoming Pet

Description

Riley is a 74lb 3.5yr old black mouth cur with light brown/tan fur. She is house trained, microchipped, and spayed. She can use pet pee pads but does occasionally miss so would be better if she were able to go outside. She is up to date with all shots. She has some basic training. She knows “sit”, “stop”, “no”, “drop it”, “come”, and “go to your crate”. She appears to have had puppies in the past but I don’t know when that was.

Riley has medium energy. She loves roaming around outside in the yard, playing with toys, and napping. She can be active yet also a couch potato. She enjoys chewing on hard dog bones and cuddling with stuffed animals. She loves cuddles and attention but does like her space at times. She isn’t afraid of fireworks or storms. She is not aggressive towards humans but due to how excited she gets around people and other animals it would be best if she is supervised around animals and small children. She doesn’t realize that she is a big dog and doesn’t understand that people or other dogs aren’t always too keen on that. She rarely barks. She has some food aggression so it would be best if fed separately from any other animals. No food aggression when humans around or touching her food. She does not do well with cats.
