Pets for Re-homing
Nola – Rehoming Pet
Description
Nola is beautiful, highly intelligent, and high-energy. She was rescued from Animal Control last year, and we fell in love with her. She was a tiny little thing who had been left in a box on the side of the road with her sister (Merle colored). She is up to date on shots and veterinary care. She completed a 7-week Basic Dog Obedience training and was voted most improved! She is crate-trained, housebroken, and understands simple commands. She attends Doggie Daycare and LOVES being around other dogs. Nola has thrived and gotten bigger than expected. The vet said she would not be more than 15 lbs, but she took that as a challenge and is now almost 30 lbs. She is just more than my 65-year-old self can manage. She loves when the grandchildren come over, but otherwise seems bored and frustrated that I am not able to keep up with her boundless energy. She is extremely loyal and is a fierce protector of me and the house. It will be hard to let go, but she needs a home where she can run and play. DNA test pending, but she is believed to be an Australian Shepard mix. Aussie Doodle?
