Zephyr appeared on our property approximately a month and a half ago. She is a stray who has been under my care since that time. She is approximately eleven to twelve months old. She is a medium size dog.Currently , she weighs about thirty five pounds. This dog is too young and too wonderful to be handed over to animal control. So in the meantime , i’m doing my best to work for her sake in finding a new home for her. Currently , she is not spayed , and I do not believe she has ever seen a veterinarian. When she showed here , she knew nothing , and I have been training her to be able to be a good rehome candidate. But I cannot afford to take the next step , which is spayed , neuter , and all shots. If she has a veterinary record somewhere , i’m not aware of it , she has no chip. But what I can unequivocally say is that this dog is a perfect animal for anyone to take in , whether they be a single person or a family , she is absolutely wonderful. If I could keep her myself , I would , but I am in no position to. She needs more time than I am able to give her.And the current situation of her living underneath my home could be better , but it’s all I have right now. She gets weekly baths, flea control and healthcare from me. But I am limited as to what else I can do for her except provide her a good place to stay temporarily.Until she finds a new home.
