We Lost Our Fur Baby – Please Help Bring Salem Home

Our beloved cat Salem went missing on November 7th. He’s a black domestic short hair, about 7 years old, with a small white mark on his neck and a noticeably loose belly.

Salem is an indoor/outdoor cat who recently moved with us from West Virginia/Maryland to Florida. We currently live in The Crosswinds community in Haines City. Although he’s familiar with being outdoors, he may have been spooked by stray cats in the area and become disoriented.

Salem is very affectionate and clingy, but he’s also quiet—he rarely meows. He’s playful and adventurous but may appear shy or display stray-like behavior because of fear or shock.

We deeply appreciate any help in bringing our sweet boy home. If you spot him, please contact us right away.

He has a microchip but I never had a chance to access it and could fail and may not be detected.
