Pets for Re-homing

Charlotte – Rehoming pet

Description

A female cat named Charlotte has been living in our retirement community for the past four years. She was abandoned here, but quickly became a beloved companion to me and a neighbor. Charlotte has been living under a mobile home, coming out daily for food, affection, and companionship.

A few months ago, we took her to the vet for a foot infection. She’s now healthy. She is gentle and incredibly sweet. Charlotte has an unusual orange tabby coat, with markings unlike any I’ve seen before. She loves being petted and played with, and she communicates with soft meows and affectionate purrs. She’s not aggressive like some of the other TNR cats in our community, and sadly, she’s been getting picked on by them.

Charlotte is spayed and microchipped (though the chip was never activated). She’s ready to come indoors and be part of a loving family. She’s low-maintenance, well-behaved, and would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a calm, affectionate pet.

Unfortunately, I’m moving away on September 15, and my neighbor cannot care for her alone. None of the other neighbors can help due to health issues or financial limitations, so we are urgently seeking a safe placement—whether through adoption or rescue—before that date.

Would you be willing to help Charlotte find the forever home she deserves? I’m happy to assist with transportation or provide any additional information you may need.
