Found on the street
Description
During my work driving, I found two dogs running around at 439 Big Sioux CT, Kissimmee, 34759. The mother (white chihuahua) and her brown puppy. According to a resident in the area, the mother has been living on the streets for about 2 years. She is wearing a collar, but with no tag, both dogs look like they’re in poor condition.
The mother leaves the puppy behind all the time.
