Panda is a very friendly, obedient, and calm dog. She is a little bit of a protective dog too. She has lived with my grandfather for a lot of her life but due to my grandfather passing, we are in desperate need to rehome her. Unfortunately, she used to live in a house with a big backyard where she would spend a lot of her time outside, enjoying her space. After my grandpa passed, we had to take her in as an emergency due to having no one else that could take care of her. My family and I live in a mobile home community with strict pet restrictions and they have made a temporary exception to let us hold her until we can find a home. We are only allowed to take her out right outside while on a leash due to the other pets in the community and the restrictions.

She is trained to do her business outside and doesn’t go inside. She is very obedient of commands. She grew up in a home surrounded by cats and other dogs so she is good with other animals.
