Meet Buster, a handsome brown Goldendoodle mix with a big heart to match his big size! At approximately 2 years old and around 90 pounds, Buster is a strong, playful boy who is ready to find a home that can match his energy and enthusiasm for life.

Buster is neutered, microchipped, up to date on all his vaccinations, and fully potty trained. He’s very friendly, non-aggressive, and gets along well with both cats and other dogs. He truly loves to play and thrives on interaction and activity.

He’s also a smart dog who learns quickly and has great training potential. With consistency and time, he could really shine. However, due to a busy household with two small children and a baby — and his naturally hyper, excitable nature — his current family isn’t able to give him the structured time and training he needs. While he is good with kids, his size and tendency to jump when excited have accidentally led to a small child being hurt, simply because he doesn’t realize how big and strong he is.

Because of this, Buster currently spends much of his time crated or outside for safety reasons. He would do best in a home without very small children — ideally with an active individual, couple, or family with older kids who can provide consistent training, exercise, and attention.

Buster isn’t lacking love — he’s lacking the right environment to truly thrive. With proper guidance, regular activity, and a little patience, he has the potential to become an incredibly loyal and well-mannered companion. He’s looking for a home that can give him the time, structure, and affection he deserves.
