Black female Lab mix. Very friendly, obviously lost. Well fed and cared for, sweet tempered. Misses her people!

My husband and I saw her wandering around near the corner of 16th St. NE and Drexel Ave NE. She looked very thirsty and lost. She has a silver chain and thin brown collar around her neck. A string of some sort was tied to the chain. (The string obviously didn’t hold her wherever she was). For now we put her in our back yard and fed and watered her. She’s very friendly and sweet. She cried and whimpered off and on all night. She misses her people and wants to go home!
